Work across technical and stakeholder groups to translate engineering and operational requirements into practical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain FM policies, standards, and technical guideline documents.
- Review engineering submissions for compliance with FM standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance on FM governance, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support audits and gap assessments for FM policy implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align FM requirements across projects and assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facility management standards or engineering governance.
- Strong knowledge of FM policies, compliance frameworks, and operational best practices.
- Experience reviewing technical documents, engineering submissions, and audit findings.
- Experience producing technical written documentation and coordinating with stakeholders across complex projects.
