SR ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare offshore estimates and finalize technical and commercial proposal inputs in line with strategy decisions.
• Review tender documents for scope, specifications, and execution requirements.
• Develop offshore construction cost estimates, clarifications, and qualifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and construction teams to validate resource and subcontracting inputs.
• Contribute to project scheduling and resource planning.
• Attend client clarification meetings on technical and commercial matters.
• Track benchmarks, cost norms, productivity standards, and market trends.
• Follow estimation strategies, department objectives, and company HSE and quality standards.
• Help improve estimation tools, norms, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• At least 8 years of offshore construction estimation experience in the oil and gas industry.
