Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites.
- Manually test critical features on new products until automated tests are developed, and provide detailed feedback to development teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on test plans, testing requirements, and project alignment.
- Manage regression testing to maintain stable and reliable functionality with each release.
- Identify, document, and track defects with development teams to resolve issues.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, high-quality releases.
- Develop and execute performance and load tests to assess stability and responsiveness.
- Maintain test case documentation, test scripts, and procedures for internal and external use.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of software quality assurance experience, focused on automation.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases for backend verification.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
