Role Overview

Required Skills and Experience

• Six or more years of business analysis experience with procurement and procure-to-pay processes.
• Hands-on Coupa experience across Procurement, Supplier Management, Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Approvals.
• Understanding of procurement controls, approval workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, particularly Coupa integrations with Oracle ERP.
• Experience with third-party risk management platforms such as Exiger.
• Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements; prepare BRDs, process flows, and user stories.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production deployments.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Compliance, and IT teams.
• Lead requirements workshops and process discovery for Coupa initiatives.
• Analyze current and future procurement processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate Coupa, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise application integration activities; define functional requirements with technical teams.
• Review data conversion and migration requirements and validate migrated records.
• Prepare and execute UAT plans, scenarios, and scripts; coordinate defect resolution across business users, vendors, and technical teams.
• Support go-live readiness, business training, and deployment planning.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, training materials, and operational procedures.

Compensation

• Listed salary range is $100,000–$140,000 per year.
