UX Designer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to improve design workflows, ideation, research synthesis, and experiences; lead design from discovery through launch.
• Work with research, product, engineering, data, and business partners to turn user needs and business objectives into product solutions.
• Define UX vision; create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and specifications.
• Conduct research, usability testing, analytics, and feedback synthesis; contribute to scalable design systems and accessibility standards.
• Partner with engineering during implementation, mentor junior designers, facilitate workshops, and stay current with design trends.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is CA$90,000 to CA$100,000 per year.
