Experienced Product Manager to define, drive, and deliver banking technology solutions.
Own product strategy and roadmap while aligning senior stakeholders, engineering teams, business objectives, and market needs.
Experience and qualifications
- Demonstrated progressive product management experience, including substantial financial-services experience.
- Capital-markets experience is an advantage.
- Extensive SDLC experience and strong experience with Agile collaboration and delivery tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
- Requires strategic decision-making, roadmap definition, senior stakeholder influence and negotiation, communication, analytical problem-solving, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Product strategy and delivery
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; align priorities with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Lead product lifecycle from ideation and design through development, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement; apply Agile and SDLC practices.
- Gather requirements and align senior stakeholders, development teams, Legal, Compliance, and Regional Banking leaders.
- Partner with engineering on technical decisions and promote user-centric development and UX/UI practices.
Optimization and adoption
- Analyze business processes and implement scalable improvements, automation, and operational-efficiency initiatives.
- Prioritize technology investments and improve workflows, data integrations, reporting capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
- Develop training and enablement, gather user feedback, and drive adoption strategies.
Salary
- Salary range is CAD 100,000–130,000 per year.
