Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead product design from discovery and ideation through delivery, validation, and launch; use AI tools to accelerate workflows and innovation.
• Collaborate with product, research, engineering, data, and business teams; define UX strategy and align solutions with user and organizational goals.
• Create journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and specifications; conduct research, usability testing, and data-informed analysis.
• Maintain scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards; partner with engineering through implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and reviews, mentor junior designers, and keep current with design and AI developments.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is CA$100,000 to CA$120,000 per year.
