Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Senior Accountant** to join our Facilities Management team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial transactions
- Handle invoicing, client billing, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure accurate recording of expenses and cost allocation for FM projects
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements
- Maintain compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
- Assist management with financial analysis and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- **5–8 years of accounting experience**, preferably in **Facilities Management or contracting companies**
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in **ERP systems** and **MS Office**, especially Excel
- Knowledge of VAT regulations in UAE
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
