Sr. Accountant

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting, with a focus on the automotive industry. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with various departments to develop accurate financial projections and track performance against targets.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization or revenue growth. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis findings.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns, working closely with external tax advisors as needed.
• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Financial Systems: Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial systems, including ERP software, to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training to support their professional development and ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
• Daily reporting of petty cash.
• Need to stay with CEO to close all the daily work on daily basis, will be paid as OT for extra time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Proven experience ( 5-10 years) in accounting roles, with specific experience in the automotive industry highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Leadership capabilities with experience in supervising and developing accounting teams.
• Good knowledge in accounts will be consider will be considered only.
