Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Spray Painter with hands-on expertise in painting signage materials.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes on signage components such as metal, aluminum, acrylic ensuring durability, color accuracy, and professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform spray painting on signage materials including aluminum, steel, acrylic etc.
  • Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, priming, and masking before painting.
  • Mix paints and coatings as per required color shades and specifications.
  • Apply finishes using spray guns, ensuring smooth, uniform, and defect-free coating.
  • Ensure proper drying, curing, and finishing of painted components.
  • Follow approved color codes, drawings, and finishing requirements.
  • Maintain spray painting tools, equipment etc.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Identify and rectify paint defects such as runs, bubbles, uneven texture, or color mismatch.
  • Coordinate with the production team to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spray Painter, preferably in the signage or advertising industry.
  • Strong knowledge of signage materials and surface finishing techniques.
  • Experience with PU, enamel, acrylic, and automotive paints.
  • Ability to match colors accurately and work with custom finishes.
  • Familiarity with spray guns, compressors, and painting tools.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety and use of PPE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
  • Experience in the UAE signage industry is an added advantage.
