Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible fin coordination of HR administration, employee records management, and coordination of visa and compliance-related activities while ensuring adherence to company policies and UAE labor regulations.
HR Administration
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and departments.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases over HR Software.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment-related documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Assist with employee benefits administration and Medical insurance-related matters.
Visa & Compliance Support
- Coordinate with PRO for Employee visa-related processes.
- Monitor visa, labor card, and Emirates ID validity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HRMS systems is an advantage.
