Job Summary

Joseph Advertisers is looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the UAE, with a strong background in planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies.

This role is crucial in enhancing our online presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting brand awareness across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media).
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites and digital ads in line with brand objectives.
  • Implement best practices and strategies to generate high-quality leads to support the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Manage social media platforms like LinkedIn and ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Improve website traffic and visibility through SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to develop creative and marketing materials.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Digital marketing experience of 2-3 years in the UAE (Advertising/Branding industry is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO, and analytics tools
  • Experience in content creation, performance marketing
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools & basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are an advantage
