Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and software solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, security, and scalability of applications.
Software Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications and software solutions.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Develop and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and database structures.
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external systems.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
System Maintenance & Optimization
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Conduct regular system updates and enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements where required.
Collaboration & Project Execution
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and project teams to gather requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning meetings.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned development tasks and project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and deployment guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications and software platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in cybersecurity best practices and secure coding standards.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
