Job Purpose
The Specialist, Employee Experience is responsible for managing core employee lifecycle operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee records across e7 Group.
The role oversees onboarding and offboarding processes, employee records management, benefits coordination, attendance and leave administration, and probation process tracking.
The position ensures operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality employee service delivery in alignment with Group policies and labor regulations

1. Employee Lifecycle Administrat
- ionManage onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with company policies and statutory requiremen
- ts.Prepare and verify employment documentation, contracts, and system updat
- es.Ensure timely processing of employee status changes and contractual amendmen
- ts.
2. Employee Records Management & Data Govern
- anceMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee files (physical and digit
- al).Ensure integrity of employee data within HRIS syst
- ems.Monitor documentation completeness and compliance with audit standa
- rds.Safeguard confidentiality of employee records in line with data protection standa
- rds.Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentat
- ion.
3. Benefits & Insurance Administr
- ationAdminister medical and life insurance enrollments, updates, and coordina
- tion.Support pension registration and statutory documentation proce
- sses.Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure timely upd
- ates.
4. Attendance & Leave Gove
- rnanceMonitor attendance and leave records in Human Capital sy
- stems.Ensure leave balances and entitlements comply with company policy and labo
- r law.Support reporting on leave liabilities and workforce attendance me
- trics.
5. Probation Process Coord
- inationTrack probation periods and completion of probation appr
- aisals.Coordinate documentation related to confirmation, extension, or termination dec
- isions.Ensure probation documentation is filed and system-updated accu
- rately.
6. Employee Service
- DeliveryRespond to employee operational inquiries with professionalism and a
- ccuracy.Provide guidance on Human Capital policies related to leave, benefits, documentation, and employment
- changes.Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Senior Manager when r
- equired.
Qualifications & E
- xperienceBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related di
- scipline.Demonstrated experience in employee records management and HR system admini
- stration.Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and documentation compliance s
- tandards.Strong understanding of HC lifecycle administration and documentation go
- vernance.Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data management
- systems.Knowledge of attendance, leave management, benefits administration, and probation p
- rocesses.High level of accuracy and confidentiality handling sensitive employee inf
- ormation.Strong coordination and stakeholder communicatio
- n skills.
