We are looking for a
Customer Success Associate
to support our Commercial function by ensuring accurate sales operations, seamless internal coordination, and timely order execution.
This role is well‑suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with cross‑functional teams, and has a strong eye for detail.
Sales Operations & Order Management
- Support end‑to‑end sales order processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved terms
- Maintain complete and accurate order data including pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery requirements
- Track orders from confirmation through production and final delivery
- Proactively follow up on order status and resolve discrepancies to avoid delays
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Act as a coordination link between Commercial, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Delivery teams
- Support alignment on production schedules, material availability, delivery timelines, and invoicing readiness
- Escalate issues impacting delivery commitments in a timely manner
Contract & Commercial Support
- Assist with preparation, review, and processing of sales and contractual documentation
- Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and audit‑ready
- Maintain organized and traceable records
Process Efficiency & Reporting
- Support accuracy and efficiency in order processing
- Help identify recurring issues or process gaps and support improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate data across SAP, CRM, and internal systems
- Assist in preparing operational and execution reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or coordination roles
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or similar industries is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of sales order and operational workflows
- Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems
- Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management and problem‑solving skills
