We are looking for a

Customer Success Associate

to support our Commercial function by ensuring accurate sales operations, seamless internal coordination, and timely order execution.

This role is well‑suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working with cross‑functional teams, and has a strong eye for detail.

Sales Operations & Order Management

  • Support end‑to‑end sales order processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved terms
  • Maintain complete and accurate order data including pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery requirements
  • Track orders from confirmation through production and final delivery
  • Proactively follow up on order status and resolve discrepancies to avoid delays

Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Act as a coordination link between Commercial, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Delivery teams
  • Support alignment on production schedules, material availability, delivery timelines, and invoicing readiness
  • Escalate issues impacting delivery commitments in a timely manner

Contract & Commercial Support

  • Assist with preparation, review, and processing of sales and contractual documentation
  • Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and audit‑ready
  • Maintain organized and traceable records

Process Efficiency & Reporting

  • Support accuracy and efficiency in order processing
  • Help identify recurring issues or process gaps and support improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate data across SAP, CRM, and internal systems
  • Assist in preparing operational and execution reports

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or coordination roles
  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or similar industries is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of sales order and operational workflows
  • Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good time management and problem‑solving skills
