Job Purpose
The Specialist – Talent Acquisition is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across e7 Group, ensuring that the right talent is attracted, assessed, and onboarded in alignment with the Group's strategic workforce plan and Emiratization commitments.
The role partners with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless, professional, and brand-aligned candidate experience.
1. Sourcing & Talent Pipelining
- Execute end-to-end sourcing strategies across multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, executive search partners, and direct headhunting.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill roles across e7 Group's business units and corporate functions.
- Support Emiratization efforts by proactively identifying and engaging qualified UAE National candidates in line with Group targets and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and ensure accurate tagging, status updates, and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
2. Recruitment Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from job intake and sourcing through screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
- Conduct HR screening interviews, prepare structured screening notes, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit, cultural alignment, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, panel members, and candidates, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Prepare and extend offer letters, manage negotiations within approved bands, and ensure timely candidate acknowledgement.
- Maintain and update the TA tracker daily, ensuring accurate reflection of all active vacancies, candidate statuses, and progress against SLAs.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Hiring Manager Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on pipeline status, market intelligence, and recruitment progress.
- Act as a brand ambassador for e7 Group, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
4. Operational & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate pre-employment activities including backgroung checks, visa applications, medical, and onboarding logistics (e.g., seating, ID cards, biometrics) in collaboration with PRO, IT, and Admin teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal HR policies, audit requirements, and UAE labor regulations.
- Support new hire onboarding handover to HR Operations and Learning & Development, ensuring a seamless transition for joiners.
5. Vendor & Agency Management
- Liaise with outsourced manpower agencies and executive search firms, managing day-to-day coordination, candidate submissions, and feedback loops.
- Support evaluation of recruitment vendors, including consolidation of scoring, justification preparation, and procurement-ready documentation.
- Ensure vendor performance is tracked against agreed SLAs and contractual obligations.
6. Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc recruitment reports including time-to-hire, source-of-hire, Emiratization progress, and pipeline health for CHRO and leadership review.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment tools, templates, and workflows, contributing to the Group's continuous improvement agenda.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and participation in career fairs and university outreach events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a group or multi-entity structure in the UAE or GCC.
- LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, CIPD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR/recruitment certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
