Job Purpose

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at E7 Group will act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing expert HR guidance and aligning workforce strategies with organizational goals.

The HRBP will support and influence key areas including workforce planning, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

This role is critical in driving a people-first culture while ensuring operational compliance, talent optimization, and proactive HR interventions.

1. Strategic Business Partnerin

  • gServe as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, aligning workforce priorities with business goals and performance outcomes
