Specialist – Business Support (UAE National)

Role purpose

Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on CEO Office priorities across Commercial, Operations, and Business Support functions.
• Monitor initiatives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure ownership and accountability.
• Identify risks, delays, and gaps, and escalate matters where required.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across departments and stakeholders.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready updates, summaries, and reports for the CEO Office and senior leadership.
• Review business cases, management reports, budgets, and performance data with commercial perspective.
• Track commitments, decisions, and action points from CEO and senior management meetings.
• Follow through on agreed actions and support disciplined business execution.
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Support wider strategic, operational, and executive coordination activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, finance, business operations, or an executive office environment.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
