Senior Manager role focused on strategic projects and PMO across a healthcare group.

- Lead complex cross-functional projects across multiple business areas.
- Drive high-impact strategic initiatives and own strategic deliverables.
- Improve ways of working and use technology and data to accelerate delivery.
- Navigate competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and build alignment at senior levels.
What the employer is looking for
- 8–12 years of experience in strategic projects, programme management, or PMO leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, executive presence, and a track record delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed organisations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required.
- Healthcare or large diversified organisation experience is an advantage.
