Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level massage therapy services, utilizing advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, and other specialized therapeutic modalities to address complex client needs.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments to develop customized treatment plans that support individual wellness and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Mentor, train, and support junior massage therapists, fostering professional growth, skill development, and adherence to best practices.
• Assist management with staff scheduling, performance evaluations, coaching, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Oversee the daily operations of the massage therapy department, ensuring compliance with service standards, hygiene protocols, safety requirements, and organizational policies.
• Lead by example in maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and client-centered care.
• Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, treatment challenges, and service-related issues to maintain a positive client experience.
