Sales Executive – Doha, Qatar

We are currently seeking a driven and results-focused **Sales Executive** to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

This role plays a key part in expanding membership sales across our fitness centers and swimming academies by attracting new clients, nurturing leads, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the membership base.
  • Conduct informative facility tours and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Promote membership packages, programs, and services offered by our gyms and swimming academies.
  • Convert inquiries and prospects into active members.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities using CRM systems and other sales tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales management systems.
  • Availability to work full-time on-site in Doha, Qatar.
  • Previous experience in the fitness, wellness, or sports sector is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
