Spa Receptionist role with FIVE Hotels and Resorts, supporting spa guests and front-desk operations.
Compensation
- Fixed salary of AED 1,600 per month.
Experience and capabilities
- Previous spa industry experience is advantageous and demonstrates familiarity with luxury service standards.
- Strong familiarity with safe spa equipment use and maintenance is expected.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in spa operations is expected.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills are needed to serve guests under pressure.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to assigned duties is expected.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls promptly and give guests accurate information; respond to questions and concerns professionally.
- Guide guests on spa procedures and assist in gathering feedback on service quality.
- Handle check-in, check-out, and payments according to company policies.
- Open and close the spa punctually; maintain guest records.
- Keep reception and front-desk areas clean, organised, and welcoming.
- Monitor and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Promote spa treatments, services, sessions, retail products, programmes, promotions, and discounts.
- Work safely, keep the environment organised, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
