The Multi Technician supports hotel facilities through general maintenance and multi-skilled engineering work.
The role requires 1–2 years of similar experience in a luxury hotel or healthcare environment in the UAE.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary of AED 1,400.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on knowledge and experience in general maintenance and multi-skilled engineering works.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proactive approach, attention to detail, and hands-on attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and other hotel facilities.
- Inspect facilities, equipment, and building systems and act to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot faults and carry out minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, tiling, painting, and other maintenance work.
- Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns within designated timelines.
- Use tools and equipment appropriately, follow safe work practices, and report recurring issues to the Engineering Team.
- Coordinate with the Duty Engineer, hotel departments, and team members to support uninterrupted operations.
- Participate in monthly departmental meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
