Welcomes spa guests and supports a positive, seamless guest experience in a luxury wellness setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests professionally and create a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and maintain the spa calendar.
- Answer calls and emails and explain services, packages, and promotions.
- Manage check-in and check-out and process cash and credit transactions.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products.
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with therapists and management for seamless service.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or reception experience; spa or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Proficiency with booking systems and general office software; specific software experience is a plus.
- Spa, wellness treatment, and retail product knowledge is a plus.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for guest wellness experiences.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
