Position summary
The Order Taker role is described as a Guest Service Support Expert supporting food and beverage operations and a memorable guest experience.
Role duties
- Support smooth food and beverage operations and welcoming guest transactions.
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas, and replenish supplies.
- Follow company policies and procedures and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
- Read and visually verify menu information and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Physical requirements
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Handle objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
- No related work experience is stated; previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is listed.
