Guest Experience Experts guide guests through their stay, deliver a wide range of services, and make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
Guest service and operations
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Perform hands-on duties with extended standing, sitting, or walking and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is specified as necessary.
- No license or certification is required.
