The Spa Assistant / Housekeeping Attendant will maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout spa facilities while supporting daily operations and guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and public spaces; prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments.
- Replenish amenities, towels, linens, and guest supplies; keep equipment and facilities clean, organized, and functional.
- Assist therapists and spa team members with operational needs; collect and sort laundry and manage linen and uniform inventory.
- Monitor stock and report supply needs to the Spa Supervisor.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures and respond courteously to guest requests.
- Support spa operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping, spa, hospitality, or hotel operations experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and good communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues are expected.
- Must be physically able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods while performing housekeeping duties.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a luxury hotel, spa, or wellness facility is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
