Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Spa Assistant to support the daily operations of our spa.
The Spa Assistant helps create a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests by assisting with reception duties, maintaining cleanliness, preparing treatment rooms, and supporting therapists and spa staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and facilities.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before and after appointments.
- Ensure locker rooms, lounges, and common areas remain clean and organized.
- Stock towels, linens, robes, and spa amenities.
- Assist therapists with room setup and replenishing supplies.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage guest inquiries.
- Serve refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable during their visit.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support other spa operations as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, wellness, or spa environments is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
