We are looking for an experienced Senior Interchange & Pricing Analyst to join a leading organization in the digital payments sector.
Key Responsibilities
ā Manage and optimize pricing strategies within the acquiring payments business.
ā Monitor interchange, scheme fees, and pricing adjustments.
ā Analyze transaction data, merchant portfolios, and revenue performance.
ā Support pricing governance, revenue assurance, and system change initiatives.
ā Develop pricing models, dashboards, and market insights.
ā Conduct competitor analysis and identify revenue optimization opportunities.
ā Support tender processes, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals.
ā Act as the subject matter expert for pricing-related queries.
Requirements
- 5ā7 years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Minimum 4 years of card payments industry experience, including interchange and scheme fees.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL and/or Python.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
