Leads sales strategy, Estimation, Customer engagement, and cross-functional coordination to deliver profitable and sustainable business growth for
Dubai & NE.
Responsibilitie
1. sDevelop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives for GRP pipes
2. .Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across regions
3. .Prepare accurate techno-commercial proposals and cost estimations
4. .Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitable deal closures
5. .Manage key customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
6. .Coordinate with production, QC, and logistics to ensure timely delivery
7. .Monitor and follow up on payments and outstanding receivables
8. .Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and annual budgets
9. .Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets
10. .Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and presentations
11. .Support product development based on market and client requirement
12.
Analyze competitor activities and market trend
13.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure
14.
Assist in strategic planning for long-term business growth
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Busine
- Experience in GRP/ Piping industry for Sales, Estimation & Production
