Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Legal Associate to join our contracting company in Dubai.
The successful candidate will provide legal support, represent the company before judicial authorities, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal assistance and guidance to the company and subsidiaries, ensuring they fully understand their legal rights, obligations, and available courses of action.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal opinions, and reports in accordance with labour laws and regulations.
- Represent the company before courts of all levels and participate in legal proceedings as required.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date legal advice.
- Monitor ongoing legal cases and keep informed of significant developments and outcomes.
- Support on legal and regulatory compliance matters, including corporate, commercial, real estate, and trade-related issues.
- Manage legal documentation, case files, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Good knowledge of Labor laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Experience in litigation, real estate, and commercial law matters.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management.
