Required skills
- Experience in CBUAE BRF regulatory reporting, data extraction and regulatory data requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Credit Risk, ALM, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, LCR, NSFR, BASEL and RAROC.
- Hands-on Moody’s Risk Foundation (Risk Authority/RiskConfidence) experience, including product/entity/workflow configuration and EEP debugging.
- Strong SQL/PL-SQL, ETL/batch integration, data mapping, migration and reconciliation skills.
- Understanding of PD, LGD, customer exposure, ratings and other regulatory risk data.
- Experience with requirement gathering, technical specifications and source-to-target/data mapping.
- Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, Change/Incident Management and AWS/Azure cloud deployments.
- Exposure to AI technologies/use cases is an added advantage.
Key deliverables
- Implement CBUAE BRF and other regulatory/risk reporting requirements end to end.
- Prepare functional/technical specifications and source-to-target data mappings.
- Configure and implement requirements in Moody’s Risk Foundation.
- Perform data extraction, migration and reconciliation, and regulatory report validation.
- Complete SIT, QAT, UAT, DR, production deployment and post-go-live validation.
Certifications and technical requirements
- Certifications listed: ITIL and OCP.
- Preferred tech stack includes Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, IBM WebLogic, Core Java, Power BI and BODS.
- Tools/platforms listed include JIRA, Confluence and PL/SQL Developer.
