Key responsibilities
- Perform SIT, UAT, regression, release, and production validation.
- Prepare test plans, scenarios, cases, execution evidence, and status reports.
- Execute functional and API testing for DigiSign BAU changes and integrations.
- Manage defects through triage, retesting, and closure with stakeholders.
- Support production sanity checks, incident analysis, and release readiness.
Required skills
- Functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- API testing and validation using tools such as Postman.
- Test planning, test-case design, execution, and reporting.
- Defect tracking, triage, and root-cause coordination.
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
Required experience and knowledge
- Banking domain experience, preferably corporate or transaction banking.
- Experience testing digital-signature journeys and integrated banking applications.
- Knowledge of API-based integrations.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production validation, and BAU releases.
Good-to-have skills
- UAE PASS and DigiSign knowledge.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Exposure to automation testing.
Key deliverables
Approved test plan, scenarios, and test cases.
Completed SIT, UAT, and regression execution with supporting evidence.
Defect log maintained through validation and closure.
Release-readiness and production sanity confirmation.
