Profile Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered Python applications and LLM solutions.
• Develop RAG systems with vector databases; build AI agents and workflow automation.
• Design REST APIs and microservices and integrate AI models with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders on AI use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization; fine-tune and evaluate open-source models when needed.
• Maintain security, scalability, performance, and reliability; monitor systems and improve accuracy and user experience.
• Create automation test plans, strategies, test plans, scripts, cases, and data; record test results.
• Attend design meetings, advise on testability and user stories, reproduce field issues, and participate in stand-ups.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and technologies.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Python software development experience; strong skills in OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLM applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, agent frameworks, and vector databases; listed examples are alternatives.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs; knowledge of machine learning and NLP concepts.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Preferred: cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; Docker and Kubernetes; MLOps and model deployment/monitoring.
• Preferred: Hugging Face and open-source LLMs, prompt tuning, fine-tuning, model evaluation, AI governance, responsible AI, and security practices.
• Technical skills listed include Python, SQL, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, NLP, machine learning, LangChain, LangGraph, Azure AI services, AWS Bedrock, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Pinecone.
