Key accountabilities
- Provide technical support for DAS and electromechanical products across customers, projects, and internal teams.
- Support Sales and System Integrators with proposals, technical solutions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Prepare and review BOQs, submittals, specifications, compliance documents, and installation guidelines.
- Coordinate quotations with Sales; check compliance with project specifications, certifications, and regulatory standards.
- Support tender clarifications and submissions, ensuring deadlines and quality requirements are met.
- Train sales teams, partners, and customers; maintain technical documentation, certifications, and product materials.
- Support demonstrations, site surveys, and technical evaluations; ensure project submissions and customer deliverables are technically accurate.
- Collaborate on product launches, lifecycle activities, and market feedback; monitor risks and support corrective actions.
- Provide post-award implementation guidance and customer assistance.
Qualifications, experience, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in access control or electromechanical products.
- Negotiation, organization, and planning skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; fluent spoken and written English.
