Key accountabilities
- Assist in planning and executing 360° campaigns across digital, offline, and partnership channels.
- Support product launches, brand campaigns, and marketing activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Create and manage social media, website, newsletter, and marketing collateral content.
- Update product collateral, websites, e-catalogues, pre-qualification documents, presentations, and customer and internal newsletters.
- Plan and implement digital and social media strategy, email marketing, and content development; manage the Yale and ASSA ABLOY websites.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist with events, exhibitions, customer visits, and other marketing activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good communication, organization, and planning skills; self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- Digital marketing experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
