Sales and accountabilities
- Meet budgets for incoming orders, invoicing, and contribution margin.
- Support the collections team with payment collection.
- Generate sales inquiries and prepare effective quotations for clients.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate to convert them into orders.
- Monitor sales orders, approvals, document tracking, and other requirements.
- Provide complete handover information to internal teams for smooth project delivery and execution.
- Coordinate sales efforts with contracts, technical, estimation, projects, and other departments.
- Develop client relationships in the assigned territory and assess dealer sales potential.
- Resolve customer requirements, problems, and complaints promptly.
- Analyze market potential and client value, and plan sales activity to maximize return on time invested.
- Submit weekly/monthly activity and annual territory-client analyses, forecasts, budgets, sales, and market reports on time.
- Register visits, calls, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM; monitor competitor pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 10–15 years of experience in the same industry.
- Excellent market knowledge.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
