Full-time Soft Services Manager – Cleaning role in facilities management, based in Doha, Qatar.
Oversee soft services delivery, operational performance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping, pest control, waste management, security, and porter services.
- Ensure compliance with facilities management standards and client requirements.
- Oversee commercial management and customer relationships; monitor service delivery, budgets, and KPIs.
- Lead and train staff and coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or university diploma required.
- At least five years managing similar operations, including at least five years in the GCC region.
- Strong facilities management and soft services knowledge; schools or similar environments are ideal.
- Proven commercial management and customer relations experience.
- Professional body membership and BICSc certification are preferred.
- Strong facilities management understanding, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Arabic and English required; ability to commute or relocate to Doha before starting is required.
Pay
- QAR 8,000–10,000 per month.
