Lead energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the employer’s facilities.
The role is in facilities management and maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement energy efficiency and sustainability programs.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor energy consumption and environmental performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability standards and certifications.
- Support resource planning, budgeting, and cost control for energy projects.
- Prepare technical and sustainability reports for management review.
- Provide day-shift coverage with periodic night audits.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification is mandatory.
- LEED AP or GSAS O&M certification is listed as a qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the Gulf region.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in energy management systems and MS Office.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
