Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the CAFM system for daily facilities management operations.
- Configure and manage PPM schedules, reactive maintenance tasks, and asset data.
- Generate reports on asset performance, work order status, and KPI dashboards.
- Support CAFM implementation and integration.
- Audit data for system accuracy and completeness.
- Provide user support, training, and CAFM software troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with facilities teams to support SLA compliance.
- Maintain work order and maintenance documentation and system logs.
- Support the facilities team with related technical tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- The description states a minimum of five years of CAFM operations experience within the GCC region.
- CAFM operator experience is listed as three years required in the application experience field.
- Proficiency in CAFM software.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with facility management workflows, asset lifecycle, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
- CAFM/CMMS certification and experience with CAFM digitization initiatives are preferred.
