Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals
Manage daily posting on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
Create engaging content: captions, graphics, videos, and campaign ideas
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
Respond to comments, messages, and user engagement
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
Run paid ads and optimize campaigns for better reach and conversions
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
Basic skills in graphic design and/or video editing (Canva/Photoshop is a plus)
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Remote work for a design office based in the UAE.
