Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive (Social Media) based in Dubai.
The Account Executive will manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure social media campaigns are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
include planning and executing content calendars, coordinating with creative and digital teams, and monitoring campaign performance across platforms.
Additional responsibilities include creating engaging content ideas, supporting copywriting and caption development, assisting with basic creative design and content production, tracking competitor activity, and staying updated with social media trends and algorithm changes.
The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insights to optimize engagement and conversions.
Additionally, the candidate will support new business activities, including proposal development, presentations, and cross-selling digital media services.
Must Have
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or account management
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with client-facing experience
- Proven account management experience handling multiple clients and coordinating teams
- Hands-on experience with social media and digital media platforms
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for basic content creation and editing
- Ability to create content calendars and support content planning
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Good to Have:
- Experience in an agency or marketing consultancy environment
- Exposure to event-led campaigns
- Video/Reel content creation and editing experience
- Sales and business development experience, including pitching and client acquisition
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and campaign coordination
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools

AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
