Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media marketing, highly organised, creative, and possess strong communication skills.
As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing and executing social media strategies, and driving engagement and growth across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs
- Manage multiple client accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management
- Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each client’s brand voice and target audience
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement and growth
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and strategists to ensure cohesive campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest social media and digital marketing trends
- Work across clients within Hospitality, Real Estate, Sports, Wellness, and Luxury industries
- Capture raw content footage on mobile devices during client events and operations
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of social media marketing experience (agency/account management experience preferred)
- Knowledge of social media and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Trello, Google Analytics, and Meta Insights
- Working knowledge of paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
