Job Title: Social Media Manager (Trend-Savvy & Creative)
Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital culture.
You’ll oversee building and managing our brand’s voice across all major platforms — from Instagram and TikTok to LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
If you’re always ahead of the algorithm, know what’s trending before it trends, and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage daily posting and content planning across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create fun, fresh, and engaging content that reflects our brand voice and keeps followers hooked.
- Jump on trends quickly — viral sounds, memes, challenges — and adapt them creatively to our niche.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and influencers to bring ideas to life.
- Engage with our audience — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a genuine, on-brand way.
- Analyze performance metrics, provide insights, and optimize for growth.
- Launch and manage paid social media campaigns to boost reach and performance.
- Stay updated on platform changes, social media best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone whose heart and deeply immersed in social media culture.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or creators.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, trending formats, and viral content.
- Killer copywriting skills and a great sense of humor.
- Confident using tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads is a bonus.
- Creative thinker who loves experimenting with new ideas and formats.
- Organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience growing personal or client accounts from scratch.
- Are comfortable being on camera or directing UGC-style content.
- Understand influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
