Role Overview
Manage the company's social media presence, engage with customers, and strengthen the brand online.
Create engaging content and maintain a consistent professional brand voice across social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media accounts.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, reels, videos, and other digital content.
- Respond to comments, messages, inquiries, reviews, and customer feedback.
- Monitor trends, audience engagement, competitor activity, and social media performance.
- Assist with campaigns and coordinate with marketing and creative teams on brand messaging.
- Track engagement, reach, and follower growth, escalating sensitive complaints when needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of social media experience is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and good knowledge of major social media platforms are required.
- Arabic fluency is required; English or other languages are advantageous.
- Previous experience in social media, customer service, marketing, or a related role is preferred.
Skills and Tools
- Creative mindset, customer service ability, problem-solving, time management, and organization are required.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar content-creation software is advantageous.
Work Location
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires in-person work.
