Job Summary

Clinical Support

• Assist dermatologists and nurses during dermatologic and aesthetic procedures such as biopsies, laser treatments, chemical peels, and cryotherapy.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, including positioning and explaining steps to reduce anxiety.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies according to infection-control protocols.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and post-procedure care under supervision.

Patient Care and Education

• Monitor patient comfort and report concerns or reactions to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Educate patients about skincare routines, treatment aftercare, and medication use as directed.
• Assist with patient intake, medical history documentation, and vital signs.

Administrative and Operational Duties

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Manage dermatology supply inventory and ensure proper storage.
• Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and follow-up appointment coordination.
• Comply with clinic policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant or equivalent qualification is required.
• Two years of dermatology experience is required.
• Previous experience in a dermatology, cosmetic, or aesthetic clinic is preferred.
• Knowledge of dermatologic procedures, tools, and skincare products is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment are required.
