About The Role

What You Will Do

• Run the day-to-day
• Support the team in managing client social accounts and keeping projects moving
• Help turn client priorities into clear briefs, timelines, and content plans
• Work closely with account managers, creatives, and production teams
• Assist in keeping internal teams organised and ahead of deadlines
• Create fire content
• Turn brand narratives into timely, social-first content under team guidance
• Help build and manage content calendars
• Write captions and copy across different brand voices
• Be ready to capture on-the-go content on your phone when the moment calls for it
• Work alongside production teams and follow content from idea to delivery
• Make sure every post is relevant to the platform, audience, and moment
• Bring the creative energy
• Bring strong ideas, references, and opinions into creative sessions
• Contribute ideas on visual direction, mood, and tone of campaigns
• Learn what a clear and consistent identity looks like across content
• Play an active role in elevargrowth’s voice and social media presence
• Capture agency life, shoots, activations, behind-the-scenes moments, and client wins
• Be the voice in the comments
• Support community management - comments, DMs, and daily interactions - under team guidance
• Know when to be helpful, funny, or bring a little banter
• React quickly to cultural conversations and live moments
• Know what is working
• Track performance against key objectives and start building the habit of turning results into insights
• Pay attention to audience sentiment and flag anything that feels off
• Keep up with platform changes, trends, formats, and emerging behaviours

• You are right for this role if
• You are studying or have recently graduated in marketing, communications, or media
• You are social media native
• You write clear, confident English across captions, briefs, decks, and client communication
• You are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing several tasks at once
• You are interested in sport and culture
• You are based in Dubai and hold UAE citizenship or a valid UAE residence visa

• Full-time, paid internship
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Dubai-based
• 12-Month Internship
• Open to UAE Nationals and expatriate residents with a valid UAE residence visa
