We work across sport, culture, government, and enterprise, delivering brand endorsement, campaigns and production, content and social.
About The Role
We are looking for someone who is social media native, has great taste, loves the craft of visual storytelling, and is passionate about sport and culture.
You see the big picture, notice the tiny details most people miss, and are ready to join our ongoing debate over Neue Montreal versus Helvetica Now.
This is a creative role where you will bring original ideas and the skills to execute them.
What You Will Do
- Bring the ideas
- Bring original ideas, strong references, and a clear point of view into creative sessions.
- **Build moodboards, visual references, style guides, and creative territories.**
- Develop concepts that are relevant to the platform, audience, and cultural moment
- Direct the vision
- Drive the creative direction across multiple channels and assets. We love a crazy idea or two
- **Guide the visual language, pacing, colour, composition, and tone**
- Direct photo and video shoots alongside production teams
- **Carry the creative vision from the first reference through production and post-production**
- Get hands-on
- Design static posts, stories, carousels, motion templates, and other social and non-social assets.
- **Adapt campaign concepts across formats and platforms without losing the idea.**
- Develop and maintain visual identities for client brands.
- **Keep the work consistent, recognisable, and fresh.**
- Work confidently across Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant tools
- Be a team player
- Collaborate closely with social, strategy, account management, design, and production teams.
- **Turn creative thinking into clear briefs for designers, editors, photographers, and production partners.**
- Present concepts clearly and explain the thinking behind the visual.
- **Take feedback, refine the work, and move quickly without compromising the craft.**
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines without losing sight of the details
- Stay close to culture
- Keep up with sport, culture, design, internet behaviour, and social trends.
- **Spot trends, opportunities, and cultural moments early.**
- Play an active role in elevargrowth’s creative identity and social media presence

- You are right for this role if
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in art direction and content creation.
- **You are confident using Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.**
- You understand social-first design and how creative ideas evolve across platforms.
- **You have a strong eye for typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.**
- You are hands-on and comfortable working at pace
