We work across sport, culture, government, and enterprise, delivering brand endorsement, campaigns and production, and content and social.
About The Role
We are looking for a Production Intern who thinks in frames - someone with a genuine love for cinematic storytelling, visual composition, and long-form narrative.
You will work directly with our production team on brand films, event coverage, and campaign hero content for clients across sport, culture, and enterprise.
This is real work on real campaigns from day one.
Cinematic & Long-Form Production
- Shoot and edit long-form video content - brand films, documentaries, event coverage, and campaign hero content
- Develop shot lists, storyboards, and visual narratives for cinematic productions under supervision
- Operate camera equipment on set - framing, composition, and lighting setup
- Apply advanced colour grading techniques to achieve consistent, cinematic visual language
- Edit footage to build compelling story arcs with strong pacing, hooks, and emotional resonance
Post-Production & Technical
- Export and deliver final masters in appropriate formats for broadcast, digital, and social use
- Create motion graphics, lower thirds, and text overlays to enhance the narrative
- Conduct quality checks - audio sync, colour consistency, formatting errors - before review
- Maintain organised digital filing of raw footage, project files (.prproj), and final masters
- Source and license stock footage, royalty-free music, and SFX where required
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with the production team across all stages of production
- Assist on-set with equipment setup, lighting, and behind-the-scenes capture
- Contribute to innovation meetings with creative ideas and production insights
- Stay informed on cinematic trends, techniques, and emerging production tools
What We Are Looking For
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Film Production, Media Studies, Digital Content Creation, or similar
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro - essential
- Familiarity with After Effects (motion graphics) and Photoshop (asset prep) - highly regarded
- Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, frame rates, and file compression
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow - you troubleshoot before you ask
- Strong eye for composition, colour, and visual storytelling - you think in frames
- Interest in long-form narrative, brand films, and documentary-style content
- On-set experience or film school background - a strong advantage
- A video portfolio or showreel showcasing your editing work - required

Eligibility & Availability
- We welcome applications from both UAE Nationals and Expatriate residents to ensure a diverse and multicultural cohort
- All applicants must hold valid UAE citizenship or a valid UAE residence visa (parent, student, or spouse sponsored)
- For recent graduates, this is a full-time internship - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
