What You Will Do

• Run the day-to-day
• Manage client social accounts and keep projects moving
• **Turn client priorities into clear briefs, timelines, and content plans**
• Work closely with account managers, creatives, and production teams
• **Keep clients and internal teams aligned and ahead of deadlines**
• Create fire content
• Turn brand narratives into timely, social-first content
• **Build and manage content calendars**
• Write captions and copy across different brand voices
• **Be ready to capture on-the-go content on your phone when the moment calls for it** Brief production teams and guide content from idea to delivery
• **Make sure every post is relevant to the platform, audience, and moment**
• Bring the creative energy
• Bring strong ideas, references, and opinions into creative sessions
• **Help set the visual direction, mood, and tone of campaigns**
• Maintain a clear and consistent identity across every piece of content
• **Play an active role in elevargrowth’s voice and social media presence**
• Capture agency life, shoots, activations, behind-the-scenes moments, and client wins
• Be the voice in the comments
• Manage comments, DMs, and daily community interactions
• **Know when to be helpful, funny, or bring a little banter**
• React quickly to cultural conversations and live moments
• Know what is working
• Track performance against key objectives
• **Turn results into clear, actionable insights**
• Monitor audience sentiment and flag potential brand risks early
• **Keep up with platform changes, trends, formats, and emerging behaviours**

• You are right for this role if
• You have 1 to 2 years of experience in social media or content creation
• **You can write well and move naturally between different brand voices**
• You can manage several accounts without losing track of the details
• **You are adaptable, responsive, and comfortable working at pace**
• You are immersed in internet culture, comfortable with slang, and know when to use it **You are based in Dubai and hold UAE citizenship or a valid UAE residence visa**

• Full-time, permanent role **Monday to Friday** 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Dubai-based**
• Open to UAE Nationals and expatriate residents with a valid UAE residence visa
